Amazing Staircase + Closet Message
Photos from a tour I had of the Plumb-Bronson House in Hudson, New York. It was originally built and designed by architect Alexander Jackson Davis in the mid-1800s. The staircase is amazing, and rightfully the most famous element here. The last photo was a random find in one of the house's bedroom closets. If only I knew the story.

Anne and John Anniversary Portraits
John, my best friend since I was 18 months old, was here in New York with his wife, Anne, for their two year wedding anniversary, which means we just had to have a photo shoot. Photographing a life-long friend, who happens to also be a photographer, is an honor, and also being able to do a photo session in my own backyard (literally) was especially nice. Love the blooming yellow forsythia!

Get on the Bus - NYC
Two weeks ago I was in New York City photographing the annual Amnesty International day of human rights action, called "Get on the Bus". The following slideshow covers some highlights from the day's events. Power to the People!
